AOO 4.1 FVT Guidance

Hi All,

I have documented AOO 4.1 FVT Test Guidance in wiki [1], it integrates
overall test information, like test build, test platforms and test
coverage, it can guide testers to execute, report in TestLink and address
defects in Bugzilla. We will be going through functional testing by
priorities which are set by data analysis from historical execution records.

Please take a look and any comment will be appreciated.
