### What would you like to be improved?
Executor pod name has characters [limited](https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/overview/working-with-objects/names/#dns-label-names) in spark on k8s, but default executor pod name with customed user name in Kyuubi may exceed the length.
### How should we improve?
It will be better if Kyuubi can cut the name or set spark.kubernetes.executor.podNamePrefix automatically.
