Flex Release Notes

I've read 4.9.1 has been released.

Is there somewhere I can read the release notes for this version before I
download it?

It's a minor update to 4.9, there's still a few tasks to do update website, installer etc.

And It's currently propagating through the mirrors - keep your eye on
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/flex/

You may want to wait until we have the installer updated if you're not familiar with packaging the SDK for use with an IDE like Flash Builder.
