When I disabled `[user-center-wecom](https://github.com/apache/incubator-answer-plugins/tree/main/user-center-wecom)`, GitHub and Google resumed normal operation.

@woodchen-ink The User Center plugin and Connector plugin are mutually **exclusive**. Only one of these types can be used. The purpose of the user center plugin is to replace the original user system directly. The connector plugin only provides third-party login functionality.
