### Issue description
use lua-fault-injection return message，its performance is normal，but, use go-plguin-say return message, which have performed very poorly
### Environment
* APISIX Go Plugin Runner's version: 0.2.0
* APISIX version: 2.13
* Go version: go 1.17
* OS (cmd: `uname -a`):
apisix deployed in CentOS 7.9 64， ali ecs 2C8G
wrk deployed in CentOS 7.9 64，ali ecs 8C16G
path:/hello，lua-fault-injection
path:/get，go-plguin-say
