+1!  thanks Theo ;)

fwiw, I would suggest putting bug 4802 (DKIM support) at the top
of the changelog, since it's a significant new feature; then bug 3838,
bug 4850 and bug 4826, since they are pretty major fixes too
compared to the rest.
