Using Training for ALC Template Presentations

Hi All

One topic that was raised recently on the Comdev mailing list was about creating some template presentations for the Apache Local Community (ALC) meetups. https://s.apache.org/p33uu

I mentioned Training as I think it could be a great way for us to consolidate common information in a central place and create some nice common presentations for the ALCs to use in their meetups. 

As a first step I'll create a Jira issue for it to kick off the discussion about what could be done.
