FailoverMutex

Hi.

Quick question:

Is there a particular reason that the AMQSession's createTextMessage
and createStreamMessage methods require that the failover mutex lock
be held, whereas createBytesMessage, createObjectMessage and
createMapMessage do not?

If there's some subtle reason, then do we need to add the locking to
the other three, otherwise, can we just remove the synchronization?

Cheers,
Andrew.
