   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   If the cluster has so many backends and we only have `BackendId`, it's hard to find the backend ip in 'show backends' by  human eyes.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Supporting where clause is a solution. So that, we could use `show backend where BackendId=1111` to find the backend.
