Copying rows in HSSF

I need to copy the entire Excel row using HSSF (something like highlighting
the row in Excel + ctrl C and then highlighting another row+ctrl V). I'm
thinking of copying it cell by cell but may be there is a utility method or
something else that I'm not aware of. Can anyone suggest a more elegant
solution?
