A few changes need to be made to this page.  

# The URLs still reference 'incubator' which should be removed now
# The source control is SVN and it should be updated to reflect the recent move to git.

On the Mailing Lists Page:

http://climate.apache.org/community/mailing-lists.html

# Update the email addresses to drop the 'incubator' from the address.
