Bulk resolve of closed issues imported from GitHub. This status was reached by first re-opening all closed imported issues and then resolving them in bulk.

> If I understand correctly, the primary key part of phoenix column will be composed into a multipart row key to map to hbase row key, the other column will be map to column in hbase. While in the code, if the phoenix column is defined without family, it will be assigned to a default family _0, In this case binary column not in primary key will still be rejected for column and error out with multi part row key exception. Is this the right behavior? since this binary column will be map to a normal hbase column not part of row key. This part of code really puzzled me.
