We never want to base64-encode String representation of non-readable attributes.
Without this change (almost) any non-readable binary attribute value is broken in DSML representation.

Yeah, I have no idea why we tried to get the String value of a binary Attribute...
May be a desesperate attempt to punch in the face those who would have wanted to use ApacheDS to inject a malevolant piece of code through the Log4JShell breach ? ;-)
