存在两个场景
场景一：Consumer dubbo3.0.7 Provider dubbo2.6.6
场景二：Consumer dubbo3.0.7 Provider dubbo3.0.7
期望在loadbalance过程中从Invoker能够获取到provider的timestamp来实现预热功能
其中场景二能够通过增加MetadataParamsFilter来增加timestamp获取到
但是场景一在Consumer dubbo3.0.7 订阅zk时已经将url中的timestamp舍弃了，且2.6.6没有元数据中心功能

请问场景一如何在loadbalance过程中获取到timestamp？

MetadataParamsFilter 是用于应用级服务发现模型的，dubbo2.6.6 只支持接口级模型，3.0 通过接口级订阅的时候逻辑和之前是一样的，只要注册中心的 address 上面有 timestamp 还是会使用的

3.0.7使用接口级模型调用2.6.6时，注册中心中是有timestamp的，但在3.0.7的consume中的stripOffvariableKeys修改url去掉了

consumer使用3.1.8 provider使用2.6.6 仍无法获取到timestamp 还是无法实现预热
