Validation of XML Schema using SAX on concurrent environment could not work correctly

Validation of XML Schema on concurrent environment could not work correctly.
Even if I use the same XML documuent and the same XML  Schema, I receive valid
result in most cases, but sometimes I receive invalid result (SAXParserException). 
Xerces XML Schema Validator reuses build-in datatype objects such as StringDV.
But these objects are not thread-safe.
