Couple more releases early next week….

I'm planning to do a proxy-impl release early next week to get a fix for a serious startup problem out.    I'll likely do another blueprint-core release at the same time to get the single fix I did there in as well.     If anyone has any more fixes for either of them, please get them in ASAP!

(for the review) next week; I've tried to clarify as much as possible 
the idea behind it, only David has commented so far, but I guess no 
objections exist.

I can wait till you get the blueprint-core released, as ARIES-1121 is 
not a bug fix; at the same time it is pretty simple and really neutral 
enhancement...
