Trouble with Bayes

Hi everyone, I've searched around on the wiki and google, but can't seem
to find an answer on this one.

Running SA 2.63, postfix/amavisd on red hat 7.3. I noticed the other day
that I was no longer seeing any BAYES scores in my spam reports. When I
run it manually using spamassassin -t -D, I see BAYES scores so it seems
that it is working from the root account. Obviously, much more spam is
sneaking in without bayes being run.

Most annoying, a bunch of spam came in that scored like this:

Content analysis details: (0.4 points, 5.0 required)

 pts rule name description

---- ----------------------
--------------------------------------------------

0.3 MIME_HTML_ONLY BODY: Message only has text/html MIME parts

0.1 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message

When I run it manually it scores like this:

Content analysis details: (5.8 points, 5.0 required)

 pts rule name description

---- ----------------------
--------------------------------------------------

5.4 BAYES_99 BODY: Bayesian spam probability is 99 to
100%

                            [score: 1.0000]

0.3 MIME_HTML_ONLY BODY: Message only has text/html MIME parts

0.1 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message

Where can I start to look to troubleshoot this?

Thanks,

ran into this issue a few months ago, mainly as a result of bayes
rebuilds, sa-learns...as root. This changed the file permissions on the
bayes data files so the user requiring access (mailnull in my case)
could open the files for write (or read for that matter).

CHeck the files have write access for the user amavisd/postfix runs as..
