because of these lines in accountForIncludedDirectory

        if (fast && (included || couldHoldIncluded(name))) {
            scandir(file, name + File.separator, fast);
        }

included is true, so we scan.

I think it should be

        if (fast && couldHoldIncluded(name + '/')) {
            scandir(file, name + File.separator, fast);
        }

but need some more time to look through all the side effects if such a change.
