BUILDING.txt at jakarta-tomcat-4.1.24 is missing ant download option

hi there,

I just built Tomcat from source and wanted to mention that BUILDING.txt 
instructs the developer to download many many packages. But it doesn't 
mention the ant download target available for rapid download of all 
required packages! 
I think this is really missing something important, as it's a huge time 
saver.

Additionally, there are some out of date references in build.properties:
tyrex.loc=ftp://ftp.exolab.org/pub/tyrex/tyrex-1.0/tyrex-1.0.jar
the whole folder tyrex is no longer existing at ftp.exolab.org.

Xerces is no longer available with 2.3.0 version, only 2.4.0:
xerces.home=${base.path}/xerces-2_4_0
xerces.loc=http://xml.apache.org/dist/xerces-j/Xerces-J-bin.2.3.0.tar.gz
