File {{tools_modules/gfsh/useful_gfsh_shell_variables.html}} has a list of gfsh environment variables. The value 2 for {{APP_LAST_EXIT_STATUS}} is incorrect.  It currently says the value 2 represents crash and read only.  In implementation, it is only used for an installation failure. 

This bug in the docs was discovered in relation to GEODE-2971.
