   - What did you do (The steps to reproduce)?
   nothing special,  just call the interface with rocketmq-client.
   It can easily reproduce by running a thread call "getAllClusterInfo" and another thread register broker and unregister broker.
   
   - What did you expect to see?
   
   - What did you see instead?
