About how to unsubscribe mailing list

Hi,

I've received a lot of emails from Kylin's mailing list with Chinese
"退订"(unsubscribe). I guess these emails won't work.

To unsubscribe, you may send a blank email to
user-unsubscribe@kylin.apache.org,
dev-unsubscribe@kylin.apache.org,... Depending
on the list you want to unsubscribe, listed at
https://kylin.apache.org/community/ .

By the way, I notice there is a decrease in the mail number of the mailing
lists. I think mail should be the first contact channel to share our ideas,
use cases, troubleshooting questions. And English is the preferred
language, for this is a global community.
