these new lists
these new lists do not seem to have subject prefixes eg. [tapestry-dev] or
[tapestry-user]. is this deliberate?

for clarity...ask sammy boy referred to "why" it is how it is... not
"how" to make it some other way...

No... if you would like a prefix, simply ask. The default is no, but
this is easily changed.

It is our default.
You don't need those to for mail filtering rules. The headers
provide more than enough information.
Ofcourse, if you (as a group) request changing to adding a prefix,
your request will be heard.
