EngineWrapper
Hallo out there,
has anyone tried to call a handle method from the EngineWrapper class. I
get some NullPointerExceptions, because the Engine is not fully
initialized.(Problems with logger and problems with ServletConfig)
So if someone has started the cocoon framework from outside the cocoon
servlet (so from any application), please give me a hint how to initialize
it correct.

I get a NPE with the EngineWrapper class when calling from the command line
with the latest release of cocoon 1.7.4. The problem actually seems to be
with the Engine class and it is fixed in version 1.29 of Engine.java.
However, the latest version of Engine.java in the CVS, 1.30, causes a
similar NPE. So avoid that version. Downloading and rebuilding with
Engine.java version 1.29 worked for me. Good luck.
