Reopening because now the error happens in Jenkins too. Sadly I "awakened" this problem by fixing the URL.
I'm not getting any mails from the mailing list, I saw it on the website.
Loading the isartor file works fine here at home, the problem is likely related to "corporate" environments. The solutions for this problem either weaken security, or are quite tricky
