   是 feature 不是 bug 哈。
   
   大致思路是给 echarts 的 tooltip 增加某种特殊的 class，新增一个配置项，如果开启了避免重叠的配置项，就调整位置。调整的逻辑可以参考现在 tooltip 在 [confine](https://echarts.apache.org/zh/option.html#tooltip.confine) 的情况下如何避免超出画布范围的算法。
   
   这种比较小场景的需求，建议自己提 PR 实现，等社区贡献的话可能短期内没有人来支持。贡献方式参见 [wiki](https://github.com/apache/echarts/wiki)
