Cleaning up UG Dev and Release Artifact Staging Area in SVN

Hi Folks,
It's good practice for us to keep the dev and staging areas at [0] and [1]
respectively clear from clutter.
I've therefore went ahead and removed all of the old clutter such that we
are good to make a clean release candidate for 1.1.
