have you read the installation tutorial carefully? it seems, that the 
necessary jars are not in the classpath- if you follow the installation 
document step by step, this should work fine


(except xpath statements; unfortunately there is a problem with the 
windows console, so the statements do not work as described. you have to 
put them under " or ' I think)
