Override the default SQL strings for:

* ALTER TABLE UPDATE COLUMN TYPE
* ALTER TABLE UPDATE COLUMN NULLABILITY

in the following DB2 JDBC dialect according to official documentation.

Write DB2 integration tests for JDBC.
