[OT maybe] phoenix PID file

Hi all.
I'm having some problem with phoenix scripts with James.
I cannot stop James using phoeniz.sh stop, I think because phoenix does not
create the phoenix.pid file in PHOENIX_TMPDIR.
Any clue?
