[jira] [Updated] (TEZ-3804) FetcherOrderedGrouped#setupLocalDiskFetch should ignore empty partition records

Kuhu Shukla updated TEZ-3804:
-----------------------------
    Attachment: TEZ-3804.001.patch

First cut of the patch. Includes some test changes to existing test as they expected "copySucceeded" to be called irrespective of the index record size. Added a test that checks is copySucceeded is called for empty partitions or not.
