[NET] V2.1 status and FTP EPSV support status (issue NET-288)

Hi folks,

Q1\ Can anyone provide current status and outlook for commons.net V2.1
release (I saw an RC1 tag on SVN...)?

Q2\ Is FTP EPSV verb support going to be included in V2.1? (there is a patch
by Derek Morr for it here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NET-288)

Q3\ The currently available version is V2.0 (
http://commons.apache.org/downloads/download_net.cgi) but is not reported in
JIRA roadmaps (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NET?report=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.project:roadmap-panel)
which jump from 1.5 to 2.1: is this roadmap accurate for V2.1?
