[jira] [Created] (RAVE-413) Rave widget store does not allow to add Iframe type widgets

Rave widget store does not allow to add Iframe type widgets
------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: RAVE-413
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAVE-413
             Project: Rave
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Raminderjeet Singh

While testing and fixing RAVE-379, i found new rave does not allow to add iframe type widgets [1]. It fails to parse metadata. We should support widget with partial metadata also. We can give warning to user saying add following metadata for better design patterns.

I was just able to add this gadget to a local Rave instance running from SVN trunk without any problems. The gadget doesn't seem to work properly , but I can see it doing something in Firebug...

You need to change the radio box for the widget type to OpenSocial (so that the right code is used on the backend to fetch and parse the spec).
