Description:
Documentation needs to be provided for the difference in RHEVM Polling Instance States.
RHEVM polling state flow is Pending ==> Stopped ==> Start.
In this circumstance, an user has to manually click on start button in the Instance details page after creating the instance, to start it. This needs to be documented.
