[jUDDI-developers] UDDI4j Feature Request: Could you add a no-args constructor to DispositionReport?

This is a feature request. 

Would you consider adding a default constructor (no-args constructor) to
the DispositionReport class? It would be very helpful to our UDDI
Repository project (jUDDI) if we had the ability to easily create
DispositionReport objects. At the moment we must create a
DispositionReport as a org.w3c.dom.Element.
