[jira] [Created] (NIFI-1427) UX around @TriggerSerially components is confusing

Andrew Grande created NIFI-1427:
-----------------------------------

Summary: UX around @TriggerSerially components is confusing
                 Key: NIFI-1427
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-1427
             Project: Apache NiFi
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Core UI
    Affects Versions: 0.4.1
            Reporter: Andrew Grande
            Priority: Minor

When I create a single-threaded processor which disallows concurrency (through the "@TriggerSerially" annotation), things work, but user experience can be improved.

See the attached screenshot. The Settings->Concurrent Tasks field appears to be editable, but it's not, in fact. On top of that, there is no feedback from the UI that the processor doesn't support concurrent execution.
