trunk extension issue?

While trying to build HEAD of trunk, I get the following:

  downloading/updating 1 extension
  downloading to /Users/jim/src/asf/aoo-git/ext_sources/dict-uk_ua.oxt.part
  failed to download https://sourceforge.net/projects/aoo-extensions/files/975/14/dict-uk_ua-5.1.1.oxt/download at /Users/jim/src/asf/aoo-git/main/solenv/bin/modules/ExtensionsLst.pm line 519.

any ideas? I'm guessing a bad URL?

It is the same issue as the OpenOffice download... Because the only download option is from the Sourceforge master, it fails to get the file most of times (overload?)

If you paste the full link on the browser you will eventually have success...
https://master.dl.sourceforge.net/project/aoo-extensions/975/14/dict-uk_ua-5.1.1.oxt
It is just a matter of number of mirrors available
