ICLA policy for those under 18

Hello legal-discuss,

I was wondering. What is the ICLA policy for teenagers?   Should both 
teen and parent sign and should the contributors age be indicated?

That is ideal.  The information on the ICLA is confidential; that information
is available only internally within the ASF records.
