Home page; documentation

On APR's home page (http://apr.apache.org/), the links under "Docs" lead 
straight to Doxygen, the first page of which appears blank until you notice the 
menu bar at the top - not very friendly.  And what about other kinds of 
documentation such as "Using APR Pools" (which is actually linked from the "APR 
subprojects" section of the page)?

Sorry to complain and not supply a patch, but ...
