[jira] [Created] (FELIX-5256) [DS] Object conversion should pass through unrecognized classes of the same type

David Jencks created FELIX-5256:
-----------------------------------

Summary: [DS] Object conversion should pass through unrecognized classes of the same type
                 Key: FELIX-5256
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-5256
             Project: Felix
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Declarative Services (SCR)
    Affects Versions: scr-2.0.2
            Reporter: David Jencks
            Assignee: David Jencks
             Fix For: scr-2.0.4

When in extended "allow interfaces" mode, the object converter should just pass through objects that are already the right type, if it doesn't recognize them. This can be useful for systems that do things like put passwords in non-string classes to hide them.
