[dbutils] could a commiter please accept my enhancements

I submitted some enhancements a few months ago and
I've been waiting for them to be accepted or rejected.

There hasn't been much activity on the list about
DBUtils and I was wondering if anyone was doing still
active development.  

If not I could start working on bug fixes and
enhancements, but I don't have commit rights.  I don't
want to spend a bunch of time writing code if it won't
even be considered for inclusion.  Please let me know
if you need help.
