Hi,
I've tested the above scenario with ActiveMQ 5.15.6.
Broker A with openwire port 61616, and web console port 8161.
Broker B with openwire port 61618, and web console port 8162.
Both Brokers start up, and both web consoles were operational.
Given the AMQ version bump, could you confirm the error you encountered is resolved?
