The org.w3c.dom.html interfaces bundled with the Xerces 2.0.1 release are 
apparently not DOM Level 2 HTML conformant. In particular, the method 
HTMLFrameElement.getContentDocument is missing.

At present, this will force use of two sets of org.w3c.dom interfaces when 
using JDK1.4 since the interfaces bundled there are DOM Level 2 HTML conformant.
