[httpclient] couple of newbie questions

I've just started using httpclient. I'm trying to use it to write a http tag
library for Jelly so I can do do some web service scripting and testing. A
couple of observations from first look:

Any reason why Cookie doesn't have a no-arg constructor?

Should the httpclient.log package be deprecated and instead the
commons-logger package be used?
