BTW better to use 18.12.04 with the last Log4j vulnerability fix. It's not available yet but should be in 1 or 2 days, see OFBIZ-12470

> In order to start OfBiz, the Gradle Wrapper needs to be in the folder gradle/wrapper; however, the Gradle Wrapper is missing when downloaded. I had to download the wrapper from the github file.
