I have been tracking issue in this release and it appears as though
there are more issues resolved (addressed? not all fixed, but at least
addressed) than are listed in the status.xml file. In making sure we
properly document what's changed, I think this can be done during the
vote as only the status.xml file would be changed. Thoughts?

It's definitely overdue for release, tho' - that much is certain. :-)
