nutch fetch

I am have two nodes, when i start fetching one of them stop earlier than
another, and have only paused reduce task in  Task Tracker Status. Another
work about an hour after first node stop.

i generate segment with - numFetchers 24 
slave_1 = 15 SUCCEEDED Tasks 
slave_2 = 9 SUCCEEDED Tasks 

Both server completely identical (hardware, os, etc)
