POI and XMLSS

Hello,

I'm trying to modify my local copy of POI 3.7 to allow me to convert an Excel 2003 SpreadSheet (xmlss) file to a csv file.

Does this functionality already exist?  If so, how's it done?

If it doesn't exist already, what's the best way to use what's there and add processing for xmlss files?
