[~gnt] I have looked at the code and it seems that most references to {{java.util.concurrent.ExecutorService}} have been replaced by SSHD {{ExecutorService}} - is this really what we want ? Don't we want to use  {{java.util.concurrent.ExecutorService}} throughout and just wrap it inside a {{NoCloseExecutor}} when necessary ?
