Strange problem in Tomcat 3.2.1

Hi all,

I am facing a very strange problem with tomcat 3.2.1
 i have integrated it with Apache 1.3.12

whenever i made a request to load a jsp file from
browser .browser open a popup window to download the
file.

What my be the problem.My browser Mime Type is
configured to accept jsp file. I think there is some
problem in configuring web.xml.

Is there any option for configuring MIME type in
tomcat configuration file.

or this is a bug in tomcat??

Please help me
